Is there a way to disable the water effect?
I'd like to know if i can because I'll admit, I only have an 800 dollar laptop, so when I play the map rush, because there is so much water, I only get 25 fps at best, and it lags a lot. Once the water effect didnt load tho, and I got a solid 75, so if there is any way to purposly make it invisible ( and I'd like it to be rather simple).

If someone can give me an answer that actually works, I'll give them about a dollar fifty (USD) (depending on the price of the items atm) worth of items.

Thanks to anybody who can help!

have you tried running the game with the launch perimeter -high?

yes, and it doesn't do much, what's it supposed to do?

Well, it makes your game the highest priority, resulting in it getting all the juices you need. Counter is slower alttabbing.

Rush is poorly optimized for everyone.

The only way i found to fix this is the command "r_csgo_water_effects 0" but unfortunately it's "sv_cheats 1" only command :) Thanks Valve
