most of the top teams are sponsored so they choose whatever mouse that their sponsor gives them. for example, n0thing used to play with steelseries now he's switcing to logitech because he changed teams.
find something that feels good in your hand. optical used to be the overwhelming favorite among cs players, bur now there are plenty of players who use laser mice. it's all about preference and getting used to it

I believe that, even so, some may be discarded from the list, for example sensor problems or bad experiences, so the question.

Watching twitch streams I've noticed almost all of them using the Zowie fk or new fk1, and of course you want optical.

I saw a pro break his Zowie mouse on stream the other day. Forgot who it was but a button got stuck permanently. I think it was Steel from IBP :)

That doesn't necessarily mean that all Zowie's break (easily), if that's what you are aming for.
