Case and point: The Dignitas vs Virtus Pro match in which Dignitas won the first half of Nuke 13-2...while starting on the Terrorist side.
CTs have a well-defined line to hold, they can see a lot at once. BUT due to the large amount of paired entryways, they've got a lot to juggle individually. It's a million times better than the official maps that didn't make it into the pro lineup. In Dust 1, CT can technically have crosshairs on all chokepoints with just two people. And Aztec is just Aztec.
The main balance of the game comes from your equal opportunity to play both sides. Enemy kicking your ass when they're on CT? Good news! Unless they are actually better than you, you're still okay!
