Is there any way to transfer csgo to my other account?
I want to transfer my csgo to my other account but i've no idea if it's possible to do so.

Can somebody help me?

Once you buy the game its tied to that account. If you want CS:GO on your other account you will have to buy it again.

You cannot transfer ANY GAME on steam, steam isnt an xbox you cannot transfer a single game

It's not a local issue with installation folders. It's an issue with the Steam accounts database. That specific game has been registered to your current account and therefore cannot be transferred to another. All the account specific achievements, ranks etc. are bound to the account too on which they were achieved.

Edit: Just noticed this thread is two years old... Thank for resurrecting it, Tod and Hound. ;)
