Problem with new monitor and CS:GO

Hi, today i bought a new monitor Iijyama x2483hsu-b2. I can play normal, but when I quit the game, I see black screen. The same when i try minimize(Alt+Tab) CS:GO i see only black screen, i can back to the game(Alt+Tab) and game working ok. With my old monitor LG 22ea53 i didin't had any problems T_T Any ideas ?

When i close game i cant using my computer because screen is black.

I don't have access to task manager. Screen is on, just black. I tried Hearthstone and DOTA 2. Only with CS:GO have this problem.

update: I have this problem only with video option Fullscreen, windowed fullscreen work fine. But i want to play with FullScreen because with windowed i have -100fps.

Mess around with your monitors res settings and CSGO video settings
