Gambling site "Skinshunt.net" is illegal
They don't blatently mention that you must win twice and if you do win, they don't give you your winnings and steal your skins.. So if someone adds you promoting that site, it's a scam.

I know they have nothing to do with valve. Some sites were fun back in the day, this one is still up and after winning a 600 dollar pot, they mention i cant collect my winnings because I have to win twice.

You know what csgo lounge made their "betting" legal - using coins and you bet with coins, and use the coins for exchange of Skins.

many gambling sites have that policy.
im not just talking skins betting but normal betting sites.
its often done with bonus money or free money, that you have to play alot before its actually released.
