In CS:GO it seems to reach 65, maybe 70 at most.
Can you tell me what procceses (exclude windows) and services you are running?
Can you make sure Nvidia is not choosing the graphical settings for the game?
I have already edited all the Nvidia control panel settings to what makes sense: maximum performancem vsync off, etc.
A lot of processes are running. MSI has got loads of bloatware. I already removed all of it, but performance issues remain.
Processes running are:
Adobe Creative Cloud
Autodesk Desktop App
Discord
Cisco AnyConnect
Nahimic 2 (this COULD be the culprit but I already uninstalled and updated it before)
Steelseries Engine 3
OneDrive
Windows Defender (tried turning it off before, no difference)
Greenshot (not the culprit)
Steam
and more, however, many of these use no more than 1% at most. It's not like I'm hitting 90% CPU usage or something :p
Most of these are for school.
You can try prioritizing csgo in task manager, just don't set it too high.
I honestly think you should go to task manager and disable all startup programs. You can always just open it when you need it.
Make sure you are using high performance energy settings
Make sure your laptop isn't overheating
Make sure your laptop is actually using it's dedicated graphic card for cs go.
