uh... that's either a mod or a cheat, you can't do that normally, not even with a marker.
Ok Listen Vac will only ban you for having Cheats on their *List* (Aka Cheats they have Detected) so if he used a program that idk made a dot appear in the middle of his screen at all times unless vac has detected that and said it was a cheat he wouldnt be banned
Still, you can't add a crosshair on the awp without cheating, or without using an overlay of some kind.
can you explain the facts to him / us? I know vac doesn't ban for a simple thing like "on the list or not on the list" anymore, but in the end, it still bans for "cheating" only, not something else.
Some ASUS ones have em afaik.
