How to let players change guns in community servers (!guns)

Hi

I recently setup a CS:GO Retake server and all the plugins I need are installed including sourcemod, metamod and ofcourse the retake plugin however I want to give players the ability to change their weapons with the !guns command which does not currently work. How can I do this? Which plugin do I need to install. I want players to be able to choose either m4a1-s/m4a4 and also to allow awps and aks. I've seen on other retake servers, once you type !guns you select your CT weapon, T weapon and occasionally receive awps.
