How long does it take for cooldown level to reset ?

I just got rid of my 7 days cooldown and am wondering how long should I play after such that incase I got a cooldown , its just for 30 mins .

After your ban has ended it takes a week to go down a level. A 7 day ban is level 4, or higher levels. This means that if you are at level 4 in 4 weeks of no cooldowns you will be back to normal.

This is not true, your cooldown level resets after you play a certain number of games. I just recently had a 7 day ban and after grinding out csgo for two days I got a 30 minute ban.

Nope. You need at least a month clean to go back to level 1 penalty

You shouldn't be able to check your cooldown level otherwise that would cause abuse of the system.

If you have more accounts you are fine. Dont let someone to punish you. Do your own rules.

My rules:

laggers enemy premade abusing peaking advantage with lags? Leave game
griefers? AFK
bad game? leave game
bad allies? leave game or troll to get free kick

5 accounts currently without cooldown, others are not played being re-set to 30 minutes. I can play as i want no need to waste time in crappy games or worry about stupid cooldowns.
