when i tab out of cs go it goes back to the original brightness i tried putting it in launch option still if i tab out it resets help pls ?

Put tis in autoexec:

mat_monitorgamma "1.6"
mat_monitorgamma_tv_enabled "0"

It will fix the issue of gamma resetting automatically everytime u alt-tab back into the game.

and how to auto lunch the autoexec ?

Go to:

Counter-Strike Global Offensive > csgo > cfg > (create a new text document) > (copy/paste the above into the document file) > (save and name as autoexec)

Autoexec file is launched by default when u start the game.

Follow as per comment. Open autoexec file or create new autoexec file (if u do not have one) in cfg folder and copy and paste the commands into the file.
