Error: Failed to read the default inventory image file

I've had this error going on since the last esl major (It never really bothered my lazy 4ss till now)

in the console it says
"Failed to read the default inventory image file"

then when I check my inventory in-game some of my weapons with skins are invisible.

Note:
It only seems to happen on MY computer, on other computers the skins show up.
I have Verified (Spammed) Game Cache Integrity 100% NO errors/problems whatsoever
I don't want to reinstall my CSGO (If this is the only solution, then I can live with it fine)

But in any case... HELP!
