Sennheiser GAME ZERO - Good for CSGO?

Hey, I ordered the Sennheiser GAME ZERO off of Amazon for £200 and I just wanted to ask is it good for CSGO? I mainly care about the footsteps and movement in game.

AKG is also good, you did a very nice choice.
Don't buy Razer crap, or Ozone, Steelseries, etc...

Senheiser is one of the best brands everywhere, that doesn't mean it's good for gaming, however, it's quite a decent headset, I do prefer the Asus 7.1 headset though.

I remember reading that the game Zero is sub par compared to other Sennheiser headphones. But for a gaming headset it's probably still good.

Nice, that's good to hear, have you ever used the Game Zero's or know anyone that has?

& Yeah I've learned my mistake from buying a Razer Kraken Chroma, Barely used it for 10 minutes because the audio quality sucked and it's just lying here and wasted my money.

I have owned and used the razer krakkens for about two years and out of the box they sucked but after doing some research and playing with their EQ the sound was great i could hear the smallest footsteps from across the map. The only con for me was they were so damn tight on my head for the first few months i felt like the Red Viper getting his head crushed by the mountain. O played and loved this headset after tuning it just right. The leather on the earcups are now falling apart after two years of use still works great just a little uncomfortable since the inside foam is a little itchy. Im ordering the game zeros to try out now. Former GE

I also forgot to add the cord for these is pretty damn short too which i didnt like

I agree with E.T. i got the Kraken pro for free and it came with razer audio tools.
Bythemselves the headphones are not that great but with the audio sofware its much better.
HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The audio drivers conflict with some games and they will crash upon launching

I got the same trouble with my head phones...
They're really tight, and I'm wearing glasses. Can't wear them for more than an hour.

Yeah the first few months were almost unbearable when i wasnt using them i used the box they came in to stretch them it helped a little but breaking those in were a CHORE now that they are broken in i almost dont want to get rid of them the sound is great for me now and they are loosened up.

in 2020 .. is this still a good one to buy especially for CSGO ?
