I'm using tor and never got banned. As long as you don't cheat you won't get banned.

Lies. You dont need to "cheat" to get banned. If you have an app that modifies cs files you are going to get banned. Vac does not know what is a hack and what is not. It bans everything that could be a hack. Or "everything"

Why are you even using tor while playing cs? Are those red rooms that important?

It's not about using tor while playing CS, it's another game's client that uses tor to establish connection to the servers, and it keeps tor.exe running in the background, even after one quits the game.
