VAC BANNED FOR USING HLAE

Hello fellow steam users,

My name is Andres, I've been a part of this steam community since December of 2015, I understand that it's not been a long time but still. I would like to bring this to the attention of Valve that I have been falsely VAC banned. Yes, I understand that Steam does not make mistakes most of the time, but I was banned by a bot, or "Cheat Detection" This had really pushed my buttons since I know for a FACT, that I have never installed or used for that matter. Counter Strike Global Offensive hacks. The system had detected some weird files in my computer that had edited my Counter Strike. I think I know where the root of this problem is coming from. A couple months back I had really gotten into making CS:GO minitages, or montages if you will. There was a program that went by the name of HLAE that had helped me make some ideal good looking smooths. I had not been allowed to join VAC servers because I guess it looked like a hack in game files. Fast Forward a couple of months, I log in to steam this morning at around 11 a.m and I notice when I try to join a deathmatch it tells me, "Banned From Joining VAC Servers" I had known from that moment that I had been banned. Being really worried and scared I looked up on the internet ways to appeal to Valve. From there on, it's just me losing my mind wondering if I would get unbanned, I had asked on the steam community, but people just told me that these bans were permanent and impossible to remove. Hopefully, you guys will get back to me soon, and tell me what in the world is going on.

You could contact steam support, but valve has litterally the WORST common sense in the entire world. And don't make a public post about it. The first thing you'll get is people treating VAC like it's some sort of god that doesn't make mistakes and will unnecessarily give you ♥♥♥♥ for basically disagreeing with your opinion, then you get immature memes like "VACation" and "Get VACcinated". I learnt this the hard way, i have a VAC ban from tf2, just look at my profile
