Does anyone know how to buy on buff.163? I made an account and think I've successfully made an Alipay account. But when I try to buy something, nothing works! Anyone know how? thanks in advance.

for buff: you need a chinese bank account or chinese credit card. no other way to top off. if you want to have money to buy things, you need to sell skins csgo or dota2 items and if they sell, you can buy things with that balance.

Some id pass the registration process.
But you won't be able to withdraw in any case.

Alipay added an option called Tour Pass, which works in order to be able to deposit on this platform, and then to pay, for example, on Buff. It it available maybe only on their mobile app.
But who wants to use this option has to have a Passport and a credit card that Alipay accepts (I suggest, better if electronic only, prepaid cards).
