How long do you think it will take staying out of Competitive games?
Just started playing again, installed Win 10 and I get 15GB per month on mobile so had to download the 9GB game little at a time.
Otherwise being good at Danger Zone gets you the most XP I've read.
I guess game mode is irrelevant to what drop you get. Looks like the only factor is your playtime on that week.
weekly item drops are the same: you either get a stupid graffiti or a 5 cents skin and only once per week. Playing comp has been the fastest way to earn xp for me. Being level 13, you should get to 21 sometime in February if you aim to grind 2 levels every week. 2 levels per week is realistic because each week you get 5000 xp bonus that you'll get within just a few comp games, and then you're allowed 5000 xp on normal multiplier. after that you get "reduced xp muliplier" until the next week starts. I've sometimes managed to grind a third level on reduced xp but it's super long.
"Operation" is the best way ~ 100 missions / 20 levels
