What dose Sneaky Beaky Like mean

I assume you're talking about the sentence automatically said by GIGN at the strat of the round ? On inferno for example.
It's "sneaky peeky like".

"Are we rushing in, or are we going sneaky peeky like?"
Are we rushing the ennemy ? Or do we go slowly watching every corner ?

The difference between rushing and "sneaky beaky like" isn't that you don't check every corner. It's only the pace.

Rushing in = Running directly towards the contact points
Sneaky beaky = Waiting/holding angles/taking it really slowly
