What map are you trying to play? Try to open it using the Command map 'mapname' in the Console
CS:GO has a Client Console, which can be opened with a Keybind after enabling it in your Game Settings.
Besides starting the map on your Main Menu, you can manually start it with the Console Command map 'mapname'. For Example if you want to start Dust 2 manually using the Console, you would type map de_dust2 into it.
Could you post the Workshop link of your desired map so I could post the predefined Command?
Please tell me what to do next.
I tried that mate. I can see everything is downloaded, when I run it gives the same error!
If that doesnt work, there is this thing called Google. Great place.
The purpose of these Discussions is to get help from people, who are able to help. By making helpful Posts and explaining everything in detail, other users with the same issues are able to discover the solutions by using Google.
But doing that also creates tons of duplicate posts, and they also get the answer faster.
and google brings you here dumbass
Oh well, i guess we did a full circle. This thread is old tho. (And it seems that this was the right answer) ^
