Could not load library client

Every single time i try open the game it says the same error, i have windows xp AND I THINK is DIRECTX, maybe csgo moved to another version of directx not compatible with windows xp. RIP my knife

I thought it was only me in the beginning. However if they come out and say that a ton of us can't play anymore it's gonna suck.
