Help,everyone is always muted

Hi,so basicly when i join any community server everyone is automaticly muted and i cant unmute them,the sam goes for valve servers,except for competitive.I have tried using voice_enable 1 and lots of commands but i never fixedbit,i really need help!

Tried,didn't help.The thing is everyone has the muted mark when i check on the scoreboard i tried muting them and unmuting them and it didn't help.

Np. There's also cl_mute_enemy_team or something to that effect, great for comp. Don't have to see all the trash talk

Or you can type in console voice_enable 1" at the beginning of the game and see if was on 0.

He already fixed it, it was cl_mute_all_but_friends_and_party

Voice enable does not show muted on scoreboard, the other command does
