What does it mean if people call you "Green" on a game of CS:GO

I was kicked from a game because i didnt know people were talking to me, and they said I was incompitent and i was ignoring them.

the Color... every Player gets a Color u was the green guy...

Green would of been the colour you were playing as, if you look on the map you will see, people will also use the colour as your name as it is easier than saying the persons steam name

I had no idea i was Green, i didn't know about the colour system and no other players had a color assigned to them (from my perspective) even holding TAB to look at all the players told me nothing about the colours.
But thanks for that, i'll be more mindful on a competitive game

It could be, it was my first game of competitive as i only just reached recruit 2 that day

see how every player has a different color? you were green and they made some callouts for you.

no after u won 3 games u get a day or 12 hours cooldown or something like that.

2 wins=1 day cooldown

You need to get 10 wins in competitive matches to get your first competitive rank. To sum things up, let's just say you should practice more on Demolition ( how to clutch ) , Arms Race ( to be adaptive on any gun you are holding ) or Community Servers which offers non-rank affected competitive modes before going to Valve's competitive mode.

Also another thing, the colour you're assigned is the colour nearest to your profile picture. I can't remember a comp game where I wasn't purple (makes easy to know who's talking to me xD).
