Why am i still VAC banned after 2555 days and I am unable to appeal

I cheated 7 years ago and I have stopped cheating very long ago.
I'm wondering if I can still find a way to get unbanned, and appeal my VAC ban

Nope, only the red notification disappear from your account. You are still VAC banned and it stays with you forever.

VAC ban are life ban and can't be removed.

No, it's permanent.
After 2555 days it's just the notification tah tis not visible on your profil for others.
We currently dfo'nt see it, though there's otherway to check if you are VAC banned;
