Because I don't remember I played Tuscan, but played de_cpl_mill and it looks very similar.

Tuscan is a rework of cpl_mill since the creator of mill had a copyright on it or something like that, so they had to change it a bit to bring it to leagues outside of CPL. If I have my information correct.

The new operation should be out around October/November based on previous years. I don't mind Tuscan but man, Valve needs to do more and add better content than just community-made content.

One says T sode is OP, the other CT. Maybe it depends on the matchup then? What I thought while running around on that map is that popflashes are important for Ts, especially when they try to take A and CTs stand on top of the boxes.
