what i mean with this is with the prime, if you have prime, youll get a weekly drop

Play the game. Every week, after leveling up your account (not competitive rank) you'll get a drop, you even have a chance to drop two or more things each week... You can drop all sort of things, skins, graffiti, cases... Sell the items you drop on Steam Market and use the money to purchase the skin you want.
