500 DPI and put your poll rate to 500 , that's very good for MMR , specially pistols

400 dpi 2.20 sensitivity

The higher the better.

Please, do yourself a big favor and try 2000dpi x 0.55sens.
Feel the difference, feel for yourself its way better. Much smoother much more accurate.

400 dpi 1.66 sens , 1000 hz poll rate. No raw input. Trust me.

3200dpi 0.17sens, m_yaw 0.011 for easier sprays and vertical reaction for boosts. With best sensors you can go for even more reducing sensitivity to get same eDpi.

and between 400 and 800 is the highest difference, 400dpi has nearly 8ms slower reaction when you move a mouse (a modern mouse, not obsolete crap from 2017 with 3310). The higher dpi the lower mouse movement delay but the gains are lower and lower with every dpi increase, 800 to 1600dpi gives less and 1600 to 3200 even less in matter of single miliseconds. Thats why high dpi is a must have now.

Always entirely subjective, but your reactions can only be so precise with incredibly high sensitivity and your reactions can only be so quick with incredibly low sensitivity, so just find the middle ground that works best for you.

For me, it's 1.00 in-game sensitivity, 1000 DPI and 1000 Hz polling rate, with raw mouse input on, no smoothing, no acceleration and no enhanced pointer precision on Windows.

I find it way too slow for comfortable turning for my liking, but I can't aim at moving and distant heads precisely without a scope with sensitivity higher than that, sadly.

In all other games, I use at nearly 2 times higher sensitivity (at least that's what it feels like) and I wish that worked in this game as well, but it just feels weird here for some reason, so I had to get used to this awkwardly low sensitivity.

more dpi more pixels = smoother moves

It doesn't matter since what matters is your eDPI value (multiplication of dpi and ingame sens).

Dumb, stubborn, afraid to try something new.

Or they use the alltime classic: ..but 'pro's' use these setting too. :steamfacepalm:

Higher dpi = super smooth, super accurate no pixel skip.

But whatever you do, dont go try this out yourself, just insta copycat these dumb 400dpi 'pro' setting. :steambored:
...dont open your mind, just be extremely conservative with these very outdated 'pro' settings :steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm:
People don't want te smooth experience and also 16k dpi is way too high for windows usage and people don't want to change the default windows settings. There is no benefit for playing with so much dpi at all.

It is really arrogant to attack all pros who learned to get the best out of it in a scientifical and professional way over two decades. Sometimes you should look over your horizon and accept that others have more and/or deeper knowledge than you.
