mouse problem win 11

sensitivity almost 0 (help please ) windows 11
after updating to windows 11 i found a problem with my mouse in game
in the menu the mouse movement is laggy and have a delay in it like if i move it too fast ill stop moving my hand and the mouse will keep moving for a shot bit

in game the sensitivity drops to almost 0 - actual sensitivity in console stay the same - and i have to move my hand the whole mouse bad to get barely 5 pixels on screen

what i have tried
1- turning off beta steam mode
2- disable steam overlay in games
3- uninstall and reinstall Logetic g hub
4- verify game files
5- turn off mouse pointer precision
6-turn off mouse pointer trails
7-uninstall and reinstall mouse driver
8-checking windows 11 for updates
9-re-rolling the last NVIDIA update
10-turning off profile switching in Logitech G hub
11- lock DPI setting in Logitech G hub
12-changing some Keyboard settings on and off
13-changing in game resolution
14- turning on/off raw input

please notice that if i tab out of the game to desktop ( alt + tab) the mouse works fine for 3-5 seconds then goes back to almost 0 sensitivity

am sorry if my English didn't explain the problem enough but am hoping someone had the same issue and fix it

Your case is very complex, did you upgrade to Windows 11 and did this happen? Have you checked the settings in your mouse driver panel? I think the update disfigured some configuration on your computer is a rare case but the bugs are normal, you try to format again and everything will be normal again!

i rerolled to windows 10 and game was fine ...then reupdate to win 11 and same problem even tho i tried to reinstall g hub again
