Sure, but a (great) mouse pad is dirt cheap (and I mean really dirt cheap) and infinitely better.

Yes you can play games good with none mouse pad it will take a while to get use to, but the mouse this days can do it really good just make sure you don't have dirt or anything so it won't make the laser weeker

Your mouse would not be very reliable after a little bit. Wouldn't take long either

Too many scratches on the optical sensor will make your cross hair jump all over the place after a while

my worst issue i think its the Desk. like my desk is slightly shorter than my mousepad and its not really the ideal one. so im thinking of buying a new one like next week, so yeah

Played for some time, it wasn't necessarily bad. I have custom made desk which has smooth surface, and my mouse easily glides.

success = skill + equipment + quality of inventory (more colorfull knife makes you more confident) + focus on game while playing
