I get him. He never had something to do with the game, tried it and doesn't like it. He might played other shooter where sound mixing works different, who knows. But in CSGO people don't need loud volume. I use ingame volume 0.5 with 16% of the windows volume and I hear every single step, even way way way more than anyone else I ever played.
