How do you make a Buff 163 account???

I'm trying to make a Buff account but it keeps giving me errors in I put in my phone number I tried on the app and the same thing happens. (I get error code 412)

Did u select your country code before putting in phone number on buff? otherwise id suggest sending a message to their support through twitter or smth.

OP's problems have to do with buff163 app, not with whatever u wrote here...

Phone number, do the code and connect your steam account. Remember unless you have Alipay and a passport you cannot deposit to buy from there unless you have someone who has Alipay access
