---Go to Power Options -> Change Plan Settings -> Change Advanced Power Settings -> Processor Power Management and there you have to set minimum and maximum processor state to 100%, and check the System cooling policy ---> it has to be active on battery and if its plugged in. ( The System cooling policy caused the problem for me, because it was set to passive when the laptop is on battery)
You should not use a driver booster program to update your drivers.
Just go to your motherboard site and download the drivers that are there, having a driver booster can ♥♥♥♥ up the performance really hard
