FPS drops, to 150 to 20-15 fps every short time

Hello, i got this issue like 3 weeks ago when i play casual or competitive (sometimes another Game Mode), i got a massive fps drop every 3 minutes, from more than 100 frames, to less than 30 frames, even in a 1v1
My pc specs:
Ryzen 5 3400g Vega 11 graphics
16GB RAM 3000Mhz
SSD 240GB

my csgo config i got:
Shades detail: Low
Model/Texture: High
Shadow: Medium
Effects: medium
Multicoring Render: Enable and everything else in Disable

I tried to put my csgo in low, even the resolution and the problem is still here.

Please can somoby help me with this problem please?
