Why Team Vitality kick a good player ( NBK ) for Shox ... and now they have a really bad teamplay ...
Team Vita was very good before they changes NBK by Shox ... so bad strategy to recrut an individualist player and the result is Faze VS Vitality 2-0 ... and Shox was totally useless in the game ( just look the stats on HLTV ... ) WAKE UP TEAM VITALITY !!!! Re-take NBK !!! so much logic

This is more of personal issues than performance. As XTQZZZ said, all of the players do not want to play with NBK. In the end, he must choose between NBK and ALEX, and he chose ALEX.

It will stay like that 6 months and they will change player again because thé coach isn’t ok ... Only one major win in this career, and always the same problem with Shox after one Time, his EGO !!! You will see ...

Yep it's not wrong maybe ... but they have a long history together. people can change and make efforts too ... because if NBK's behavior was a problem, Shox's will also be a problem
