beside that, is it against the yt-tos to upload cheating ingame footage? don't know and never checked.
Why would he need to cheat when he's sold the most stickers?
No idea. Ask him yourself. Hes been proved to cheat in csgo atleast twice
I dont think it's a matter of having to sue. Rather, they could just hit up YouTube and say
"Hey... We don't allow cheaters in our Game... So why are you allowing them to monetize this behavior in the form of Troll Videos on YOUR Platform ?"
Then...
YouTube could Ban them...
Problem Solved.... right?
they could just say: he's cheating? ban his account.
It's not a matter of the Promotion of Cheats affecting their revenue.
It's a matter of it affecting us.... The Players.
and again, it wouldn't take a lawsuit to ban these YouTubers.
All Valve would need to do is tell YouTube that Cheating directly violates Valves TOS in regards to playing CSGO.
Heck, even smaller companies such as Starladder have taken down YouTubers for streaming The Major yet Valve cant ask YouTube to ban Cheaters?
Something doesn't add up.
I'll have to look into that then..
This is also game content, it has its own audience.
Really?.....
...........Seriously....?
That's Ridiculous to say the least....
The entire "Audience" would have to be collectively made up of either Cheaters or people who are ok with cheating and or, are thinking of cheating/find it amusing....
It's nothing but bad rep for CSGO and should be considered a blight in the YouTube Community.
there's a fanbase for nearly everything
I believe that they are no different from other gaming communities. They just have a slightly specific basis.
And cheating or not cheating is everyone’s personal choice, one cannot blame him for it.They can be banned, but to deprive them of their culture is unthinkable.
