How often do players get Cases?

Every week you can get 2 free drops

Pretty often. About one case per week.
To understand mechanic of the game, please hop to training course first, then practice with bots.

Mechanics of the game have nothing to do with cases.

It might take years to master the most common game-mechanics.

no, they are dropped randomly (1 for a level up in your experience points) and if you are lucky you get another one in the same week.

It's pretty much random tbh

It's been 3 weeks and there is no Cases ( 1 skin and some spray graffiti) drop from Rank up yet i only got one Clutch case :/

No, the drops are given randomly (probably using your play time). You also get 1 guaranteed drop everytime you level up in a week.

Those are not 2 guaranteed drops. One of them is guaranteed from level up, the other is randomized.

no. I level up once, get the drop and the game still tells me i have one guaranteed drop. And the next time i lvl up i get the drop

The Achievement problem you have, if your referring to maps then there is guides on how to get the achievements.

my understanding is this: you can get 2- 8 cases per week, you get them randomly and isn't based on your score or the amount of times you get an MVP. you just have to play the game and every now and again you'll get a case. same with items but only the max you can get per week is 4
