I think it's too low punishment, because it happens too often, and you need to kick someone x (idk how much, like 10+) times in a row to get a cooldown, because I see same people in next matches and they are playing when I check profiles.
If you kick few players in a row you get a cooldown.
If your cooldown level is 4+, then just one kick is enough to trigger a new cooldown.
It actually works both ways (for being kicked also).
It is considered regular cooldown system, not the griefing one.
If you are known to abuse the rules it takes as little as one kick. Are you making up these rules as you go? What would be a more harsh cooldown?
Also you still wont mention what you suggest to punish these players.
wait...so..why are you playing mm alone if your pc aint good but not with friends !? like..what does it matter ?! playing with a friend as a team wont affect your fps...

I also don't want to be a burden to friends because of bad fps and frequent drops, when I get a random team, I get either stronger players with whom I can play and not affect quality of game so much, or bad ones, with whom I lose immediately.
