cs2 remove vote kick, its so abused

it's violence against an individual by group, please valve engineers remove this option, because this doesn't make sense anymore

this happens too often, at the end of the match in last round, 4 friends playing together kick out (me) a random (fifth) player. There is no way to avoid something like this, except to depend on a friend to play with, in which case it will depend on you how much and when you can play, which makes no sense, it's no longer possible to play this game when you want to play alone with random people on random time, because you will get kicked out if you got into 4 randoms (who are all friends) lobby, 99% of the time for their fun. Penalties are minimal, and they almost never come out (cooldown in form of 30 minutes and so on, which no one ever got for kicking others (I'm talking when lobby of 4 friends kick out someone who is random, not a toxic player who makes a vote kick for everyone from for unknown reasons.)). Cs developers are asked to pay attention to this problem, and give us a solution in cs 2 (or remove vote kick option) because this is too much, it's abused and makes a person very sad, helpless and it is a huge injustice, and you can't do anything about it. to that question, you will only waste your time on match, you will be disappointed in people who have no empathy for others (how they feel afterwards), but want to harm someone for their fun, this is so horrible, so evil, such behavior is sickeningly disgusting, as if it were the devil himself. and the punishments are miserable, almost non-existent, because no one has ever gotten a cooldown in that situation.
Please cs developers to do something about this matter, even to increase fines, I believe this will continue, because there are too many players who play together and do this (maltreat an individual for their fun).

its competative solo queue, i got randomly chinises teammates, play good, win alot rounds and in the end i got kicked with "♥♥♥♥ you man", ther is no reason for kick or whatever, why they to that? i lost 40 minutes for match, 0xp, 0rank progress, they get nothing for kicking me, only problems for me, why they do that?

It probably wasn’t for no reason. The match still counts towards your rank, you can’t just avoid rank changes by being kicked..

reason is because its firends loby, and they have fun to kick random one and make pain for someone like that :)

how, what? lower trust factor (like he is toxic or something...?) and what about that, they are all will get one toxic teammate probably or toxic enemy.. so what?, he will continue to play with his friend, making votekick at last round for other random players, have fun like that, etc... idk why i focused on one person, its loby of 4 friends..
