Can You Trust Bitskins
I've bought skins off the site before using a2g (steam censors other way around) pay but a2g cancelled deposits with paypal. I've been considering just taking a picture of my id so I can buy w paypal but I don't know if I should trust bitskins to keep my info safe. Any advice?

bitskins is legit, but just take it slow, when you trade with the bots make sure that you follow EXACTLY what bitskins tells you to do. they have heaps of details about the bots

I sold on bitskins more than 3000€ and bought a lot of stuff there too, is legit, just be careful to fake bots

I used bitskins to SELL my stuff. I was super concerned about it, so i took a video of the whole transaction, and did some screen grabs. I sincerely doubted that would help recover anything, but I did it just in case. In the end, I didn't end up needing it. I sold about 900$ worth of inventory within a span of 2 weeks. I spread it out over pieces where I could, to be sure if I got scammed, it wasn't for my entire inventory all at once.

The paypal transaction that they used to pay me was smooth as butter I will say...that was one of the parts that concerned me the most. I hate paypal with a passion, but bitskins really did it quickly and made it pretty painless.

That and posing as Bitskins bots. The risk of third party site users being scammers is usually higher than just going through the trade forums.

If the OP wants to cash out only, fine, let him use Bitskins and go through the hassle of using their bots to retrieve his items (y’all know I don’t condone the idea, and I still don’t).

If the OP wants to trade or buy skins, their safest bet is using the trade section of the forums and the Steam Community Market.

I think if you´re new to trading, using Bitskins is the easiest and safest way to buy skins.
But I think since Valve will sometimes ban tradebots, so you should buy a skin you can withdraw immediately.

you guys are helpful and all but I just want advice on if I should submit my photo id or not

Summary: Bitskins is a legit site that works as described, just watch out for fake sites and bots and verify who you are selling skins to and if the site is the real bitskins.
Don't do it. I decided to do it they accepted after a day but two hour later they declined cause I asked why I can't put custom amount of money since I wanted 36$ item so I should have pay 20-10-5 thats 3 times the paypal fee so they disabled paypal after I got whitelisted and they said cause I think it's not good for me. I told them wtf then turn off every add fund method cause no one can add custom amount, plus I didn't asked them to disable the paypal I didn't uploaded my personal data to be disabled.... And they just not answering since, I sent there 3 mails, and more than one week passed already and nothing. Use skinbaron or other normal website bitskins is trash.Skinbaron a little higher price but you can buy what you have at cart, like a normal shop
