-nod3d9ex AND -d3d9ex ???
You do know what you're doing right?
-threads was a temporary fix to a bug years ago. The devs recommend to not use it anymore as it may cause issues, since the game itself calculates the usage of multicore processors. By the way, most people have 8 cores now, not 2, so your value is off, too.
-tickrate 128 does nothing when the server is run on 64.
Don't post stuff that is outdated or may cause issues. Better educate yourself next time.
Highly unlikely. Next time, test your settings in other game modes before jumping into competitive and getting a cooldown. ;)
-freq 240 -novid -tickrate 128 -d3d9ex
these are the ones i use and "freq 240" is probably not even needed.
don't feed your game with 300 launch options, it's not gonna make it better
+exec autoexec -d3d9ex -novid -language english -nojoy +cl_forcepreload 1 -high
i get banned 7 days stacked 2-3 because of this problem, I just thought using +cl_forcepreload 1 would make loading for everything
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES
+cl_interp_ratio 1
+cl_forcepreload 1
