Disable showing enemy colors

How do you turn off the new option to show enemy colors?
A few times tonight I have seen the last enemy alive is "purple" then I almost shot at my purple teammate when I saw him run by.
Why do I even need to know the enemy color?

So you know what enemy you were facing. For example green is so good so you know who to look out for.

You don't actually see their colours though over their heads in game do you? Just their name in red when you target them.

to remove names when you aim at someone it's hud_showtargetid 0

The color shows up for players to identify and communicate about their enemies. Consider that some players may disable (censor) other names and avatars, so color is there for universal recognition.

This makes sense, that people who have disabled the names need the colours. So we should also have an option to disable the colours.
