CS:GO Economy Loss Bonus Bug

Have anyone noticed that in casual games you can build up a bonus for losing, then you switch to the other team and win... you get not only the win reward but with the bonus that you had too?

I tested this scenario with bots:

1. Start as a T with $1000, don't buy anything and lose the round, without the bomb plant or killing any CTs.
2. You get +$2400, and switch to CT, respawning with $3400, don't buy anything again and win without killing anyone or defusing.
3. You get +$2700, so you should respawn with $6100, but instead I had a total of $8500 (an extra of $2400, i.e the loss bonus that I had while I was a T).
4. ???
5. Profit

I switched teams after losing with a bomb plant and killing a few people and I was able to buy an Awp with nades and pistol in 2nd round as a CT, despite this is in casual this bug might affect competitive somehow in the team switch?
