How does CSGO report system works? totally useless

So i was playing csgo with my friend and got teammed with other 3 random which is in a lobby on a comp match (not community comp nor faceit, esea) and the three random which is trolling keeps wanting to lose the match. They took grenades and throw to one of us (me or my friend) which is low and defusing the bomb then dc from the match. As a result me or my friend dies from suicide and the round is lost. Other way they did is stands in front of u while u are shooting then gets kicked from team damaging too much. This is completely unacceptable and ruins my mood for the day. They taunts u ingame and if u muted them they still grief. me and my friend have reported them many times in game but it doesn't seems to do anything. Please Valve do something about them or else other players who are grinding so hard and take the game seriously will be the next victim of them. As proof of the above i will be submitting the replay and the id of these 3 players.

This is real. I was his teammate and got kicked as result of doing too much team damage. All they do is run into your mollies and grenades and when your spraying just jump in front of you.

valve needs to fix their game on reporting ppl while in game

Nothing is broken but your expectation for a system that magically fixs things, just because one user is whining.

Yet, you're complaining they don't smite the person you reported when you want it? This thread, wow.

I suggest reading the rules before making a post. Name and shaming is not allowed. I could easily say you and your friend were cheaters in my last games with no proof. Even with proof this does NOTHING to speed up the process. Us reporting a Steam profile of someone we never played with won't be sent to Overwatch.

However YOU can still go back and report them if you get kicked:

• Users can now report players from their own recently played matches provided the demo is viewed from the Watch Tab.

Expecting Overwatch or any sort of justice like system in this game to catch people who misbehave within an hour is most likely not going to happen.
