2. Don't use it, it's pointless and useless. Stereo with hrtf is far better.
to get 5.1 u've to plug ur 3.5mm audio cable to other soundcard not the hyperx soundcard (usb) for example a soundcard from ur motherboard and then setting it to 5.1 in realtek,asus etc etc
i recommend u to use extra 3.5mm splitter cable like from ur old headset so u can use ur mic on it.. mine using my old siberia v3 splitter cable

Is the 5.1 audio setting supposed to show in csgo even without changing my sound card to 5.1 or will it not show the option unless I set it to 5.1?
And does changing the soundcard to 5.1 changes the computer sound? If so do I need to change it back whenever I stop playing and want to listen to music?
