Insta-Ban on FaceIT - joystick ??

ESEA wont work (os mismatch)... so FaceIT sounds great.. All goes well registering.. Launch first match... insta-ban due to "Joystick set to 1". FaceIt States to open console and change Joystick to 0... "Joystick 0" gets no response from console... 5 min join timer ticks off... and "insta ban". Thanks for nothing both ESEA and FaceIt.

Internet gaming is literally at its worst.. and i've been MMORPG and FPS since the 90s.. back when CS was just Half-life and you had to buy it off the shelf at compusa. SO SAD!!!! Why is it impossible to play on a non hack, non troll server these days. it is truly impossible. Can you imagine how pissed i would be if i would have payed for premium on either one of the ESEA or FaceIt platforms only to get this insta ban? Why cant game dev and server company's get there sheiot together??!!

mouse with joystick aimassist ?

why would that indicate aim assist? Was hoping someone could tell me the consol command to change what ever this set joystick from 1 to 0 issue. Looks like FaceIt will lift the ban around noon today.. so i would like to at least try to play on one of their servers.

Anyone know how to set the joystick setting from 1 to 0 ... again "joystick 0" does not work when typed into console.

try -nojoy in launch options

did u use some device between ur mouse and pc?, pretending mouse is a joystick?

Thanks Valut! i'll set that and give it a shot again at noon... i'll post up if it fixes it.. and i'll hop over to some of the other posts i see about this and answer them as well :D - excited!
