Matchmaking Failed | VAC was unable to verify your game session [Solved]

I get this error whenever I try to do any form of Valve matchmaking. Casual, Competitive, Wingman, etc. I'm not VAC or game banned, but for some reason I get this error which won't let me play matchmaking.

There's also 2 circumstances that happen whenever I get this error

1st: 2 Files fail to Validate and must me Reaquired

After CS:GO tells me that VAC was unable to verify my game session, I quit the game and verify the integrity of the game cache. Everytime I do, it tells me 2 files fail to validate and must be reaquired.

2nd: Performing first time setup... Installing: Microsoft DirectX for Windows

Then once steam finishes verifying integrity of game cache I launch it and I get a prompt asking me if I want steam to make changes to your PC. After I say, "yes" it launches the game, telling me that "Performing first time setup... Installing: Microsoft DirectX for Windows."

The game then launches normally, I go to matchmaking and I still get the, "Matchmaking Failed | VAC was unable to verify your game session."

I need help to fix this, if anyone could get me any help, that would be nice.



EDIT: I restarted my computer and that has somehow fixed the issue.
