4:3 on 16:9 mode on 16:10 monitor

I have a 16:10 monitor but i want to play 4:3 on 16:9. Is it possible to change my aspect ratio in csgo 4:3 on 16:9 on a 16:10 so there are black bars on the bottom and top?

Basically, most people play 4:3 stretched on 16:9 monitors but i have a 16:10 monitor and i want to do the exact same thing, but i cant because the came changes into 4:3 on 16:10.

I think he just means 4:3 on a 16:10 monitor.

For me it sounded more like changing monitor resolution from 16:10 aspect ratio to 16:9 and then in-game put 4:3 stretched..

Put 4:3 resolution (for example 1024x768) in game then change scaling in GPU control panel so you won't get black bars

The problem is that i want to use 16:10 normally but when i go to csgo it becomes 16:9

16:10 stretches things upwards, so it doesnt look like 4:3 on 16:9

I have a 2880x1800 (16:10) i want 1280x 960 (4:3) but i want the 2800x1800 to become a 16:19 resolution when i open csgo.

i use the mac book pro 2013 on windows 10 so yea thats why i have a 16:10 monitor. Thx for trying to find a solution for me though.
