Does monitor size affect crosshair size?

I want to play 800×600, but my crosshair is very big on that resolution ,but players like snax or scream are also playing on 800×600 but their crosshairs are small,they have 24 inch monitors
Crosshair - gap -2 ,thickness 1 (on my monitor its big ,on their monitors its small)

What do you mean custom crosshair? There is no such thing as custom crosshair, or you mean style ? They have style 4 and me to but my is still very big

Dude there is a map on the workshop that gives you the ability to customize the crosshair, I think it was called crashz corsshair generator or something, search for it, you won't be disapointed :D

For ♥♥♥♥ sake ,I know everything about CS itself, I know command in consol, I have all this maps, I'm not that dumb ,i know all that stuff.
That's why I'm surprised that their crosshair is somehow different

In their screens thickness set to 1 is actually thin ,and my even if i set it to 0 is thick
