stickers are pretty much worthless once applied unless you have a very rare sticker, Kato 14 and crown skull being the only ones I can think of. Even they are only worth 5-15% once applied

I would say it only increase the total value like max 1% of the sticker market value, unless you are dealing with some rare ones (kato14, crown, howl...).

I would say the 5-10% only with some rare stickers

some people will pay more, but it tends to be for expensive guns with expensive stickers - dragon lore with Titan holos, for example. Forget about pretty much anything else

People aren't going to pay full price for every single sticker you slap on a skin. Most would much rather have a clean weapon with no stickers.
