why dont people that kill with awp at start of round get ban?

This has happened quite a bit. If you shoot someone in the head with an awp at start of the round nothing happens? Shouldn't they be auto kicked and cool downed?

There is an exception for scoped snipers.
This is because it could be pure accident on Dust2 T spawn to mid doors.

Unfortunately yes. Some players are doing this to make their teammates do "revenge-kill" at the start of next round and get auto-kicked.

This happened to me, and I fell for it, did the revenge kill and got 30 minute cooldown. Butttttttttt justice was served imo lol. After cool down I went back into the riptide challenge and started playing the HS challenge again.

Who was on the opposing team? The guy that did the AWP to me that made me lose my cool lol. My team mate and I dominated him and his team mate badly. They never won, I never died. He even did the AWP kill to his team mate LOL.
