how do i add bots on CT?

Its only allowing me to add bots to T, when i try CT it auto kicks them

then its mostly a map for just 1 player to play on a specific site

yes,i know this, ive already done this and as i said, autokicked from CT just gets added to T

bots get kicked from Ct "Player left session (Kicked by console)", T bots still sit AFK in spawn until I (or my friend joins me and joins T), which both times the bots get kicked from T and get added to CT, then repeats (sitting AFk in spot till someone joins other team)

tried that with bot_add_ct , still just says "Player left the game (Kicked from the session)" and tries to add a bot to T again
